Our newest software extends the benefits of R2’s Gold Standard CAD™ Algorithm, adding exclusive new capabilities to provide the industry’s highest levels of precision and workflow efficiency for both new and existing R2 customers. Version 8.x now powers R2’s complete mammography CAD processing product line and is compatible with both film-screen and digital mammography. Version 8.x technology is also at the heart of R2’s display solutions including Mammolux, CheckMate™ Ultra, and Citra™. Version 8.x is available as a field upgrade to ImageChecker DMax, DM, CL, DX, LX, and LS systems.

R2 Technology's new ImageChecker V8.0 Mammography CAD algorithm provides the highest FDA-approved levels of sensitivity and specificity of any mammography CAD product. Data submitted to the FDA showed that R2's new system provides the lowest false marker rate at any given sensitivity. For example, there are only 1.5 false marks per normal case at the overall 91 percent sensitivity level.
